As part of our ongoing mentorship and wellness journey, this session creates space for honest dialogue around love, friendships, and meaningful connection—especially as we move through a month often centered on romantic relationships.
Together, we’ll explore how relationships shape our growth and well-being by discussing:
- How attachment styles influence the way we show up in friendships, romantic relationships, and family dynamics.
- Love languages and how they are expressed, received, and sometimes misunderstood in real-life relationships.
- Healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotional boundaries.
- What emotional intimacy looks like beyond surface-level connection.
This session is designed to be an open conversation rooted in reflection, shared experiences, and practical insight. Whether you’re single, partnered, healing, or simply looking to strengthen your relationships, you’ll gain clarity on how to build connections that are healthy, intentional, and aligned with your values.
This space remains open for men and young men to gather in honesty, respect, and growth. Come prepared to listen, share, and engage in meaningful dialogue—and leave with deeper awareness, stronger relational tools, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself and the community around you.
